General We are acting as an intermediary or as an agent for travel providers in selling services or in accepting reservations or bookings for services such as hotels, tours, flights, etc. Deposit To confirm
the reservation of an airticket, the full payment must be received within
two (2) days. Final payments Final payment is due 60 days prior to the tour departure date or 30 days prior to your arrival in the hotel. If registering for a tour or vacation package less than 60 days prior to tour departure date or for a hotel less than 30 days prior to arrival date, payment in full will be due at the time of reservation. Failure to complete payment 30 days prior to travel date will be considered notification of cancellation by default and is subject to cancellation charges as outlined. Cancellations and changes by the client If
the client must cancel his reservation, AndaleMexico.com must be notified in writing. Cancelations and reservation changes must
be made Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm Mexican time. Cancellations of tours by Andalemexico Andalemexico reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. We will inform the client 30 days prior to departure in such a case. If we are forced to cancel a tour due to inadequate tour participation or conditions beyond our control, our liability is limited solely to the price of the tour. Andalemexico cannot be held responsible for financial losses due to the imposition of a charge by airline carriers on partially or totally non-refundable tickets. It is our sincerest desire to operate all tours offered; consequently cancellations by us are a matter of last resort. Refunds limited to the above conditions apply, which shall release Andalemexico from any further liability. Changes of tours by Andalemexico We reserve the right to change any itinerary of a tour at any time when it is deemed advisable for the comfort, well-being or safety of the group members or to comply with governmental restrictions. Insurance To join one of our tours, we suggest that you purchase a health and accident insurance for Mexico. About our tours Ours tours are offered in cooperation with our suppliers of travel services in Mexico. The groups are an interesting mix of people from all over the world. Many visitors find these trips are opportunities to build friendships with people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds and often this turns out to be the highlight of their adventures with us. Medical requirements for tours Good physical and mental health are essential for the enjoyment of our tours. The client certifies that s/he does not have any physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other participants. It is essential that any participant with a medical condition requiring regular treatment or which may be affected by rigorous activity, altitude, heat, cold, etc., notify Andalemexico in writing in advance of travel. Responsibility Andalemexico
gives notice that all travel services provided in connection with its
itineraries are rendered either by ourselves or by our associated local
tour operators and suppliers of travel services. Andalemexico acts as
the agent for the passenger in regard to travel whether by railroad,
motor coach, private car, boat, aircraft or any other conveyance, and
assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity
or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from any of the
following causes: weather, failure of any means of transportation to
comply with schedules, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbances, theft,
government regulations or changes in transport or lodging beyond the
reasonable control of Andalemexico. The company and its owners cannot
be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity,
or damage through the negligence or default of any company or individual
engaged in providing these services. Release and Assumption of Risk The client is aware that during a tour that s/he will participate in, under the arrangement of Andalemexico and our associates and agents, certain risks and dangers may apply. In consideration of, and as part payment for the right to participate in such tours and other activities arranged by Andalemexico, the client has read the above and hereby assumes all of the above risks. The client agrees not to hold Andalemexico responsible for actions, causes of action and claims, debts and demands of any kind and nature whatsoever, which have or which may arise in connection with the tour or participation in any services arranged for him/her by Andalemexico, their agents or associates. The terms hereof shall serve as release and assumption of risk for the client's heirs, administrators and executors for all members of his/her family, including any minor accompanying the client. In the case that the client does not purchase a travel insurance, s/he assumes full responsibility and frees Andalemexico from any and all responsibility in case of accident, illness or whatever other possible contingency. The client certifies that s/he has read and understood to all of the Terms and Conditions. How to reserve and pay at Andalemexico The procedure to make use of our services and to pay for them is as follows: Andalemexico will receive your request for travel services in Mexico through the reservation system of our website or by e-mail. One of our reservations specialists will be in charge of your request and will check for availability of the requested services. You will receive an e-mail confirming availability and prices of such items as air tickets, hotel accomodation, airport transfer, car rental, tourist packages or other services. If any item is not available as requested we will suggest alternative but similar services. For flight reservation there might be different regulations of airlines. In any case of a flight reservation you receive immediately an email confirmation with all necessary details. Once you confirm your satisfaction with the reservation details, we will send you a reservation confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation e-mail will include the payments procedures described below. Payment instructions Credit cards cannot be accepted online. For that reason, we are using Paypal.com as an intermediate company.
Bank transfers should be made to the bank account specified in your confirmation email. All bookings with AndaleMexico are governed by the laws of Mexico. The buyer hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Querétaro, Mexico for all disputes related to this Agreement. When booking a tour with ground services in Mexico, a representative of Andalemexico will be waiting for you at the airport to assist you.
