Colonial Cities 2 Days / 1 Night
For
everybody, who does not have that much time, but would
like to discover Mexico´s history as well as the
cities San Miguel de Allende and Querétaro.
Programme
Day 1 Our driver will pick you up at your hotel
in Mexico City at 08:00am and will drive you to the central
bus station Mexico Norte, from where you will take your
first-class bus to Querétaro. The busride will
takes about 2.5 hours. Upon arrival our tour guide will
wait for you at the bus station and will drive you to
the historic center of Querétaro. Querétaro
is an old colonial city with amazing plazas, Spanish aristocratic
palaces with Patios, arcades, and cobbled streets. During
your Querétaro city tour you will see for example
Convento San Francisco, Museo Regional, Convento de la
Cruz, Iglesia Santa Clara as well as Casa de la Corregidora.
Very eye-catching is the Acueducto de Queretaro, an aqueduct,
which is illuminated at night. It consists of 74 round
archs - some of them reaching as much as 30 meters in
height. Later you will check-in at one of the beautiful
colonial-style hotels in the middle of the historic center.
Day 2 After you have enjoyed a delicious breakfast,
you will have some time to look around local markets in
Querétaro´s city center. Later you will leave
to San Miguel de Allende, which was a former railway station
of the silver mine trains. Today San Miguel has many gorgeous
and well preserved buildings - especially Parroquia, a
gothic-style church, is one of the most famous sights
of San Miguel de Allende. After a walk through the city
you will have enough time to enjoy lunch (which is not
included in the price). Later in the afternoon you will
be taken back to the bus station in Querétaro,
from where you will depart back to Mexico City. You will
arrive in Mexico City around 07:00pm. Our driver will
wait for you at the bus station and drive you to the booked
hotel for your extension stay.

Mexico City - Tajin - Mexico City (2 Days / 1 Night)
Day
1 México City - Tajin
Transfer in a mini-van or car from México City to
your hotel in Poza Rica. Time to refresh yourself. Afterwards
visit of the archaeological site of El Tajin. El Tajin is
a temple complex, but only a small part of it is yet exempt
from the surrounding jungle. Already completely restored
is the pyramid, which is 25m high and which has a temple
on its top. Afterwards departure to your hotel. Accommodation.
Day 2 Tajin - Mexico City
In the morning you will have time to either explore the
city Poza Rica by your own, or drive once more to the archaeological
site. Return to México City with a mini-van or car.
